I am honest: differently to what happened with some other Appsumo deals, I didn't know LiveAgent when I saw the deal the first time. I knew only theirs biggest competitors like zendesk or freshdesk. I read features list and went on.
Then I looked for some "support ticket" WP plugins or themes. No one was complete like LiveAgent. Thinking seriously about what was the best support platform brought me to decide definitively to grab this deal.
Now I'm testing LiveAgent since 3 days and I am still sure about my decision: this is one of the best customer care tools in the world and I got it practically for free! Don't procrastinate anymore, and push that "Buy now" button!
