Its Worth it.
I purchased it initially when it was launched on Appsumo, but due to numerous issues, I requested a refund. However, I decided to try it again. The platform has since stabilized, and I appreciate that the developers have a roadmap for improvements, which is very promising. While there's still room for enhancement, I am optimistic about its potential to become a leading platform for live support and ticketing systems. The customer support is somewhat slow, so patience is necessary. The community group seems inactive, and I'm not sure if they're more active on other platforms like Discord or Facebook. I need to verify this with the developers. Overall, I believe it's worth investing in and waiting for upcoming updates.

I wanted to like this product, but I'm torn between like and dislike.
I like functionalities, such as:
- having visibility into agent metrics for coaching opportunities.
- conversation history.
- streamlined inbox with live called, fb messenger, telegram, and another one.. don't remember.
What I dislike:
- the lack of flexibility to customize the widget's appearance. You can only change the color. That's lame! 😂
- There's no room to personalize or automate the chat. It's click to chat > Select Department > Choose a department. That's just odd to me. Real headscratcher there.
- You can't brand the chat.
- To remove 'Powered by LiveCaller' you have to be a paid monthly subscriber. Not available to Sumo-lings.
This platform seems to be built by someone who understands the tech but not the human. I'm giving it 3 stars because I understand the entrepreneur's journey is not easy, and we all could stand to be granted grace to grow.
Livecaller has a lot of potential, but potential is only a possibility. Hopefully they'll rise to the occasion and step it up a bit more in understanding what it takes to create a customer experience vs a sole focus on features and functionalites of the tech. The carriage is before the horse here.
