Using Lively has been an incredible experience! When I had questions, I contacted support and Pranaya, who provided swift and exceptional support during a live meeting. As someone working in international business and having tried multiple tools, I can confidently say that Lively stands out because of its robustness and outstanding customer service. This remarkable combination of product quality and support is truly impressive, and I’m excited to use Lively to promote both our services and our clients’ products uniquely and engagingly.

This tool is going in my " Use after 6 month Stack". Lets start:

❌Bad:
- Super confusing UX - The into & using experience Needs a lot of working. All seems Scattered. Its like android, too much granular intro which decrees the purpose of everyday usability. This problem will arise when there is LOT of videos above 100. UX at scalibilty is a had work to do.

- Buggy: Not works with safari. Also with buy now button looks cheap in their own deom due to bottom search bar i had to scroll to hid bar. Then Problem is the behind overlay page also scrolls. Also in some wigids it dosent covers whole.
(Micro things to Perfection)

- Lastly control over story ir visualisation is week. how my output will looks is not thought yet.

I would say Try Snacket. I have its Full plan. and at same price its ours in appsumo. If you made and cracked EXACTLY like it.

I decided to give Lively a try after reading the positive reviews on AppSumo and noticing the prompt responses to comments.

The app is user-friendly right from the start, although I did encounter a few minor bugs. Fortunately, I was able to hop on a call with the support team to report these issues, and they are actively working on fixes.

As it stands, the app is fully functional, and stable, and I’m currently using it on a live e-commerce site without any issues. The company behind Lively has exciting developments in videos and AI, and I believe Lively is part of a larger vision, which gives me confidence in their ability to keep the app updated and thriving.

The widgets are aesthetically pleasing, customizable, and versatile, making them suitable not only for e-commerce but also for any website that could benefit from engaging video content.

Currently, I’m on the T3 plan, but I’m considering upgrading to the maximum tier to ensure I can incorporate Lively into all the sites I manage for my clients."

It was difficult to figure it out on my own as it's kind of complicated to get everything running. I hopped on a call with Pranaya and he was very helpful with setting everything up. We will see in time how helpful this app is but thus far I'm happy with it. My site speed is at 87. which is still good for my theme.
