Q: GDPR: Where is Loach hosted? Do you offer a DPA? + other feature related questions
Dear Frank& team, thanks for bringing Loach here! A couple of questions: 1) I see you're in the Netherlands, so I assume you're hosted on EU servers. Is that correct? 2) Do you offer a data processing agreement (DPA) or are you planning to do so? Team member data should be protected, as well as customer or supplier data that may be needed to describe OKR initiatives. 3) Is it possible to change the interval of the reminders to bi-weekly or monthly? If not, would you be willing to make this more flexible (to adjust the length of sprints, so to speak)? 4) Is your key result specification as flexible as this? https://help.weekdone.com/article/show/79818-edit-key-result-type-and-value-parameters 5) Do you offer a hierarchy view of all OKRs similar to this? https://weekdone.com/#qodef-tab-f0491c0e2 Thanks in advance for clarifying!
Thank you for your questions. Let me answer them one by one.
1) Yes, that is correct 2) Yes, we can offer a DPA. No problem. Just reach out to us. 3) Yes, you can set the reminder interval to weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly. 4) Yes, it is as flexible. The difference is that you do not set the type of the KR. So it can be anything you want. 5) Loach always shows the hierarchy view...
A: Yes, as of today, that is possible. In a plan, you can add collaborators. This means you create a plan for each of your clients and then add them as a collaborator.
You will see all plans, but your clients only see the plans they are assigned to.
The coupon codes give you access to one organization, and within that organization, you can have a certain number of users (depending on the number of codes you purchase).
Within the organization, you can indeed deactivate userIds and give them to someone else.
If you would like to be more specific, let's discuss.

Since last week, we have also offered the option to restrict access to the plan so that only specific members can see and access it. That way, you can invite all students to the organization and create specific plans for students. That way, you only need one organization.
Hope it helps.

Q: Love the Concept—A Few Suggestions for Improvement
I really love your app idea! I think it’s something business teams definitely need because your app looks super promising. Just a couple of things I wanted to mention:
- I checked out your Trello roadmap, and it seems like progress might have slowed down. Do you have another roadmap where you update progress? - Does the Loach app have mobile versions, like an Android app? - I gave your app a try, and when creating a new OKR, the user experience felt a bit tricky and not as simple as it could be.
That said, I truly think your app has so much potential and lots of business teams and owners will absolutely love it!
- The Trello roadmap is indeed lacking updates. We should update it. Thanks for pointing it out. - Currently we do not offer an Android or iOS app, but Loach is fully accessible via your mobile browser. - We are always trying to improve the user experience, and your feedback will help. How can we improve the process of creating OKRs in your...
Q: What is the difference between the free version and the AppSumo Offer???
What’s the difference between the free version offered on your website and the LTD Deal on AppSumo other than the number of users?? FYI I really the look of the program and seems pretty much perfect.
Does it have any integration with Apple ICal, does it put the due date in the Apple ICal ??
The only difference is indeed the number of users. Please note that the AppSumo LTD deal is exclusive to new customers. Therefore, if you have been using the free version extensively, you are no longer eligible to apply the AppSumo LTD deal.
Currently, the due dates are not put into iCal. Sounds like a nice idea :).

Q: Access Levels
Is it possible to limit access for team members? I want to track OKRs for my clients, but only want my clients to see their data only.

Should I make each student an organization. Once a student is graduated from my program, can I deactivate their user ID and give it so someone else?
