I am sorry that you had issues, I am not sure who you are given the user name so I don't know if you reached out for email support for the program. There are thousands of people using LocalScraper every day. If it "didn't work at all" I would have nothing but 1 star angry reviews. I can only imagine there was some specific problem that you ran into running the program that other users haven't had.
