Q: I'm locked out even though I didn't change my password

Hi,
Your app has suddenly locked me out and doesn't recognize my password. I never changed my password. I have sent 4 messages to your support via both email and your site contact form and no response. I am a standstill and I don't understand why no one will respond to my support requests.

Q: where is import function ?

docs say it is in settings

but can not see import export function in settings !!!

A: Hi, to access the Import feature, you can go to the Locker web app, the either on the Inventory screen, click the Import button on the top right corner, or go to Settings > Import/Export (https://passwords.locker.io/settings/import-export)
Then select the suitable supported format to import.
