Q: Request for local save feature, full control, and benefits.
If this password manager, from a positive and analytical perspective, introduces a local save feature that allows users to choose between cloud storage and local storage, it could have a significant impact on many password managers. It would greatly enhance user security through such a feature, making the password manager locker.io unbeatable, especially with its current features. Congratulations to Cystack, a trusted partner in digital security with a global reputation. Cystack - locker.io is a reliable partner in digital security, and I recommend their product. I look forward to the mentioned feature.
A: Thank you for your insightful feedback. The feature you suggested is in our backlog, and we’re working to implement it soon. We appreciate your trust and recommendation for CyStack and locker.io.
Q: Can the Admin control the passwords for all team members,
Hi can we use it to let Team members passwords are controlled by Admin, like the LastPass allow us to do. This way we can control who to give access to which account, and when needs to be we can revoke or change the access to team members. thanks,
With Locker, If the Admin creates passwords and shares them with Team Members, the Admin retains full control, such as granting or revoking access. However, if a Team Member creates and owns the password themselves, the Admin will not have control over that item. This is the same with LastPass.
What Admin do: They can create a folder, add all the items they want to share with Team Members into it, and then share the entire folder with them; They can also choose to share individual items separately with specific team members.
Thanks for your question! If you get Tier 1, you can share a password with your VA using our Locker Quick Share feature. However, please note that with this method, the VA will be able to see the actual password.
At the moment, Locker doesn’t support masked sharing (i.e., allowing someone to log in without seeing the password), but it's something we’re considering for future updates.
Let me know if you need help using Locker Quick Share!
Q: Can I share a password but the other person can't see it?
Hi! I've seen other programs where you could share a password that the receiver copies and pastes but they can't actually see what the password says. Is this function available with Locker? I want to be able to share a password with colleagues but I don't want them to see what it says. I only want them to see ******** and the ability to copy and paste.
Thank you for your question. At the moment, Locker doesn’t support sharing passwords while hiding the details from recipients. However, we’ve received many requests for this feature and are actively considering adding it in the future. Once implemented, it will be included in our release notes.
Every free or paid password manager supports multiple URLs per Password entry? Why is this simple thing not implemented? I mean, this is so a very common need.
I may have a password saved — that is accessible via multiple URLs. so, it needs to resolve the password popup to the related URLs without having multiple entries for the same password.
A: Thanks for the feedback! Supporting multiple URLs per password entry is on our 2025 roadmap and will be implemented later this year. You can check the details here https://cystack.notion.site/Locker-Password-Manager-Roadmap-2025-6e19100d7379492da0f2eb311ceb4350
