Q: Lifetime Family Plan
I have purchased the family plan and added member. In member account, it shows premium and expire on 19th April. So family member need to purchase it? Is should show family member lifetime if I assume.
Moreover, I shared folder to my family member. Why can't they add password into the same?

Mar 22, 2025A: Hi, this is a UI display bug, and we're working on a fix. Family members don’t need to purchase anything.
Shared members can edit existing items in the shared folder but cannot add new ones.
