Q: Users Who Purchased A LTD Directly - Can We Be Mapped To Higher Tier?
I believe you had a deal on your site before (and the pricing for one user was about the same as Tier 2).
Are your early adopters going to have the opportunity to be mapped to the same deal? Seems like new users here are benefitting from a better deal, which is unfair to your earliest users of the platform.
I'm sure Im not alone in this request. If we need to speak to support, we would love to know. Thanks.

We completely understand your request. This was a concern I brought up with the AppSumo team before launching the deal. Each platform has its own pricing policies and promotional strategies, which are beyond our control. We're actively working with the AppSumo team to find a solution.

I think just allowing the few users who are requesting a status match for being an early adopter through your support channels would go a long way toward long term brand loyalty, instead of having to wait to make what seems to be a very common sense solution here. I think others would agree.

The email that was sent was for a 1-year subscription code to be shared to friends and family - that isn't going to move the needle for the early adopters that want to grow with you. We want the opportunity to be mapped to Tier 2 please. Any word on that for those who are replying to support but are getting no response?
