Q: Can you please outline what the token uses are?
One query = 1 GPT token use or something else?
When looking at learning our writing styles and voice, are we simply choosing the one that we think fits the best, or are we able to showcase what our writing style looks like to make it more of a fit?

As per OpenAI, one token typically equals about 4 characters of common English text. This means roughly ¾ of a word (so 1,000 tokens ≈ 750 words).

You can check the available tokens by clicking the setting icon in the header. Once you run out of tokens, the limit will only get reset next month. Unfortunately, there are no other tools available at that point.
