Let's start out with, this plugin works as advertised. I was able to easily install it, customize my login page and change the login URL.

And with that, if you run a web design agency then the 2 code stacking option is the only way to go. And you get to install it on unlimited sites. DUH!!!

Now I just need to go and setup this up on previous clients sites, ugh.

Now if we could only get Appsumo to find us a LTD on a form designer plugin that does Strip, Paypal and condition fields, then we all would be set!
