Q: Hi, I already purchase tier 1, and now like to buy the tier 2 license.
If I choose to buy the Tier 2 license at $99, will I automatically have a refund for the Tier 1 license? Or should I ask for a refund on Appsumo manually?

You can automatically upgrade to Tier 2 and AppSumo will only charge you the difference of what you paid for T1.
