I purchased MAXIMUM Tier 3. It is Impossible to "spend" the "remaining credits" in your account without "upgrading" paying more.
Silly me, fell for another bait-and-switch! Don't know why I would've thought it might actually be possible to "USE" or perhaps "SPEND" my monthly credits that I paid for, NOT SO FAST!! If you generate a handful (20-40) images at THEIR DEFAULT 1024x1024px in any given month, as any normal person/user would naturally and obviously do, you get trapped in PURGATORY, UNABLE TO SPEND ANY OF YOUR REMAINING "1594" credits without paying them more money. Their web-app "magically" (Planned-obsolecencely) shuts-down, refuses to generate ANYthing, and legit won't work anymore if you don't decide to "BUY MORE CREDITS".
Kthx, but first, I'd REALLY LIKE to be able to USE and/or spend any of the remaining ~1600 credits I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR!!
I TRIED VERSION 1.1, I TRIED VERSION 2.0 & 3. I TRIED EVERYTHING, different browser, reboot, etc etc. NOTHING WORKS. THIS IS A BUNCH OF CRAP!! TOTAL SCAM!!! Kindly please advise via comment reply right here once this feature, ahhemn, I mean "bug" is fixed. I just now reported it via your inbuilt "bug reporting" tool. Thank you kindly in advance for your forthcoming response and correction of your broken web-app.
Logo Diffusion is an incredible idea, it just doesn't work. For one, I bought the AppSumo deal and registered correctly, but it only gave me access to the Free plan, which is limited to 40 credits. Further, those credits are supposed to renew every month- they didn't. Even further, the one project I asked for (which used 8 credits) didn't come out with the proper colors or any direction that I gave it. I've tried to contact support on several occasions with not a single answer, not even an acknowledgement of my ticket. It's like the system broke and everyone quit, just past my ability to refund.
Do not like the 750 monthly credits 30 vectorization jobs per month (Just fragments that makeup letters; not even something you can work with). 75 1024 x 1024 pixel images per month as you think you have 750 credits (but the trick here is only 75 at high quality) and you will never get the logo you want in 75 tries. Like the licks of the lollipop you have no clue when Logo Confusion (Diffusion) will get it right. It cannot get words spelled right- even when you have used the app's importance arrows and spelled it correctly in prompt & in 3D prompt if applicable. It does create great images, if you have another program to create the font design, or my only sort of success is going into Photoshop making adjustments, and then using that as a reference. I have sent questions and concerns to support several times and they do not follow up or help.
I've gone through a ton of credits already, probably done over 20 images, and 1 had the right spelling, and that one had larua ipsum in it to accompany the right text. I don't know, hopefully it gets better in the future. I probably should have just paid my designer. If it improves I'll come back and update my review, but not happy how many credits its taking to try and get it right.
It's rather like having a design intern. It might be in "a good mood" and produce something interesting, or it might be having "a bad day" and you waste 12+ credits. (And of course if you like something, it costs more credits to upscale or prepare it for actual production use.) I'll keep it for the idea generations it can provide. But I'll not be building it into my core workflows, because it's not consistent. And yes, the idea of "consistency" with creativity is inherently unfair. But a real intern won't tell you: "sorry you don't like what I did, but you ran out of credits, so I won't be coming back to the office for 20 more days."
Have been getting some VERY nice results with LOGO DIFFUSION!
Its server has occasionally been getting overloaded, causing it (for instance) to fail to "upscale" a graphic. I'm sure this will get sorted out with time.
The video tutorials are clear, practical and to the point -- without the usual, annoying hype so many developers think they must throw in.
I'm using it more to create graphic "elements" rather than logos, and extremely pleased with the results. But logo creation functions are definitely solid also.
Note: If you want to include accurate text in your item, you can type in the text directly into the "canvas" to guide the app, plus mention the text in the prompt. There's a short video demonstrating how to do this. Works like a charm.
Includes a large range of "models" for both 2D and 3D logo/graphics styles. Conversion to Vector files works well.
I bought tier 1 and in a hour ran through my monthly credits, but in that time generated a logo that my "Street Preacher" was happy with for their website. I now have the tool and can generate more logos next month, which is more than fair for my needs.
I only tried it for a day, but I found the results to be good. It is true that it is better to use the maximum resolution, as other users comment. I recommend watching the videos before using it, as they are very explanatory.
When I first tried Logo Diffusion, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the results. I have now tried various things for a while, and I must say that the results are really good (as long as you choose high image quality during creation, see below). For that, I would give it 5 tacos.
BUT:
The credit system is absolutely terrible. You can create images in three resolutions: 512x512, 768x768, and 1024x1024. Depending on the size you choose, it costs a different number of credits. That's okay, now here comes the "but." The results are really good only at a resolution of 1024x1024; the quality deteriorates at the medium resolution (I don't mean the "technical" quality of the images but the result quality of the AI), and at the low resolution, most of the results are forgettable. I can somewhat understand that. But there is another (big) "but": even with Tier 2, you only have 75 images in 1024x1024 per month. So, effectively, out of the 750 credits, you can only generate 75 really good images per month. The rest is more or less just playing around. And that is really poorly done; in my opinion, 1 or 2 tacos would be appropriate for that. And one more point: generated images are automatically deleted after a certain period of time. If you want to keep the images permanently, you have to save them in the library. However, you can only save a total of 1000 images there, and then it's over.
At Appsumo, the goal is also to receive feedback to improve a product meaningfully. Therefore, I would like to suggest a few points:
- The limit of 75 images in 1024x1024 should be completely removed so that you can actually use the available credits (in my opinion, the higher costs should already be covered by the higher number of credits for creation). - The storage space in the library should be unlimited. Other image generation tools manage to do this, and storage is not so expensive nowadays that it needs to be limited to 1000 images. - Bulk organization of files. It should be possible to select multiple images at once and save them or delete them in the library. - A shortcode for saving in the library directly below the image would be helpful. - Organizing images into folders is missing.
The main point for me is really the limitation of 75 images in high resolution. If that were removed, Logo Diffusion would be in a good starting point for a successful future. To express that, I would give it 4 tacos instead of 3, which would probably be more reasonable given its current state.
Create a logo is complicated but here it is really easier. Some new functionalities are necessary to increase in quality but certainly is great and is going to be progressively greater!
The logo software is excellent, but it does have some drawbacks. Occasionally, the AI will misspell the text you input in the prompt. Additionally, there should be a clearer explanation of how credits are used when designing or generating logos. I particularly appreciate the YouTube tutorials, as they offer fantastic guidance on using the software.
Logo diffusion is underrated product that I initially had reservations about, especially after reading some negative comments. However, after deciding to give it a try, I was pleasantly surprised by its capabilities. It's an excellent tool for generating high-quality logos and offers a range of other functionalities.
One area for improvement is the platform's capacity, as it sometimes becomes a bottleneck, causing inconvenience. Another aspect that could enhance user experience is the credit allocation. Currently, creating a satisfactory logo can consume over 200 credits. Increasing the credit limit would significantly benefit users like me who appreciate the product's value but find the current credit limit restrictive.
Additionally, introducing the option to use our own API key for unlimited generation could be a game-changing feature, offering more flexibility and control to users. This addition would make an already valuable tool even more appealing and user-friendly.
All the negative reviews... They're true; there were problems with access, error notifications, even a bot... Etc. But today, I was about to make a refund but I tried again and I was very pleased with the results I got. I watched the tutorials on youtube and they were a great help, I'm satisfied. I hope there will continue to be improvements but it's definitely on the right track. It's important to mention that I find the degree of credits required for each logo generation to be high; I hope they can be reduced a bit or that there might be another more generous tier. Keep it up logo-diffusion!
I was hoping this might give me some ideas for some new logos I am working on so gave it a test run. I just don't think AI is there quite yet. The output wasn't great and I'm not sure how the results here are given without wasting a lot of credits first or doing very simple tasks that can be done in GPT+ already. Refunding now...

Hi mb3dgg00d Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience! have you checked out our tutorials? Logo Diffusion has a bit of a learning curve and we've set up logo styles with different settings for each style to experiment with, We also have the sketch to logo workspace where you can turn a rough sketch into a logo design or an illustration, we've been getting alot of good feedback on these tools, and we are always improving our models wot generate better logos as we develop our app further, sorry to see that you've already refunded and I hope you'd reconsider.
I was able to login once. Created a logo that was subpar. Since then I've been unable to login due to a "bot attack". I've been working on and developing websites for 10+ years and never saw a bot attack last longer than a few hours.

Hi dapperdev,
Sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience! the website is back online now, the attack did last few hours, but we kept the website offline for 16 hours while we set up new security measures to block any future attacks, especially since we're a small team, and we weren't expecting a bot attack on Black Friday weekend. would love it if you try the app again since now its back online.
Otherwise a potential tool. But it often fails generating due to surge in demand. many times the selected parameters like colors, and seed are not in sync
I am so pleased I found this amazing deal. It is probably my favorite purchase of the year and this will be a product I will use daily. Even though not all images are accurate to the text, it does do a pretty good job and I am very happy. Just wish there weren't limits on credits. The credits go quickly. Thank you for this offer as I am grateful for you and your company.
