We had quite a rocky start when we first launched (system was overwhelmed by the response), but I assure you everything has been resolved. There are a few isolated case on a seed keyword wherein our data source /provider may have no or very few data, but this is not necessarily an issue with Longtailpro's functionality.

We do our best to resolve all issues received and is humble enough to admit when things are beyond our scope / control.
