A: Hi Alpi,

You can train your shopping assistant by uploading PDFs and adding FAQs. You can also make these documents product-specific, so when your customers ask anything specific about a product, we add your training knowledge into our responses.

Q: can the FAQ bot be embedded elsewhere on the product page?

I already have a live chat bubble, wondering if the faq could be embedded underneath the main product image, similar to how alby does it

Currently, we don't have that feature, but we will soon.

We recently launched the live chat feature, and our upcoming developments will include requesting customer emails for specific actions such as live chat connection, order tracking, and discount requests. These emails will then be pushed to Klaviyo.

Q: Número de preguntas

Hello, I would like to know if a response is considered a chat with a customer or if each question asked by the same customer in a chat is considered a response. If there are 30 questions in the same chat, is that counted as 30 responses or 1 response since it’s the same customer and the same chat? On another note, I would like to know if in the report dashboard, the sales that have been achieved thanks to the chat and the total amount can be seen. Thank you very much!

When you purchase a code, you'll be redirected to the redemption page where you can paste your code. After completing the redemption form, we will automatically add your store URL and name to our database and give you access to our dashboard. There, you can follow the steps to activate your account, which typically takes 1-2 minutes.
