But 2 users vs unlimited users by Helpwise is a constraint for me. Would you consider increasing the users limit to 20?

I glanced at their website and it looks like a similar app to ours. I would say using a shared inbox management solution is a lot easier on a native desktop app (we have Mac & Win) than on a web browser.
Also, our key promise is that we have chat & teams channels - where you can work with your team and chat individually so you dont have to use separate apps for that like Slack or Skype.
As with integrations - we're launching a lot of them this year already.

good to hear that, thank you! Unfortunately we can't do that at the moment, sorry about that! You can however connect unlimited shared inboxes to your account with no problem (also from different domains).
