MaGPLUSI believe it would be realy useful to automatically add an ID to each email, and then have abiility to join / split them in conversations, as well as link to IDs.
Would also love to have google hangouts integrated into "chat"
Option of joined "inbox" for multiple accounts
Option to "resolve / mark as read" multiple emails at once
Filter to find "more messages like this"
Otherwise I find the app very promising and will love to monitor the development... it's just isn't there yet, that I could use it instead of our current ticketing / email / crm system.

thanks for the feedback. Can I ask you for some further feedback on this:
1. option of joined inbox for multiple accounts: what do you mean by this? We allow you to connect a shared inbox (like support@domain.com) to multiple accounts - so everyone can have access to it and use it at the same time
2. option to resolve/ mark as read at once: we do have this option - at the left of email threads there is a tick box where you can batch resolve or mark as read
