Over the years I've used lots of email tools from Outlook to Mac Mail, Postbox, The Bat, and of course the omnipresent Gmail. All of them have their plusses and negatives, but none of them are remotely good for dealing with shared company emails such as mail sent to info@, support@, admin@, etc. Loop EMail isn't just a super nice email client in its own right, it makes it awesomely easy to assign mails to the right people, comment on mails (without the sender seeing those comments) and mark things as resolved. But that is just the tip of the iceberg.

For anyone who has multiple different email accounts, which I suspect is most of us, this brings them all together in one place. That in itself is super-sweet and makes Loop Email worth it in its own right, but then to be able to assign any of those emails to a colleague or even outsourced team member just makes this a must-have tool for anyone with a small/growing online (or even offline) business.

And I am still just scratching the surface.

This is one of those deals where it will haunt you for years to come if you don't get it, as there will come a time when you need to get more organized and get totally in control of all the emails flying too and fro, and that's when you'll kick yourself if you haven't invested in this.

IMHO there are tools on Appsumo that are 'nice-to-have' tools, but in no way essential, and then there are tools like this that can live at the very heart of your business and transform it in a way that few tools can.

And the great thing is that Loop Email is already excellent, so it isn't like you are having to wait until key features are added. It already works great and does what it needs to do. But the company behind it are clearly wanting to take it to a whole new level and so the product roadmap is well worth checking out.
