I have been testing your software on and off for the past week and I have to say it looks and feels fantastic. However, there is one critical feature missing: filing for shared mailboxes.

First, let me congratulate you on what it a beautiful user interface. It's essentially Slack (but even better looking) meets smart email with the best features of both. Plus been as you are targeting those shared mailboxes, we know these emails aren't going away anytime soon.

I actually want to use it not only for my shared emails but even more critically, I want to use this service with my VA, who already manages all my emails. It's very annoying because right now we talk about emails in Slack so Loop is potentially the perfect solution to streamline this process.

However, as I mentioned above, the missing "filing" feature of shared inboxes is a MUST for me. All my team are trained to never leave emails in their inboxes. They must be filed away in the pertinent folder after the appropriate action has been made. Plus when it comes to my VA, filing is one of her core duties.

So right now, my hands are tied with actually being able to use your software, which is frustrating for me because I'm desperate for this kind of solution.

Assuming this is in your roadmap, is there any kind of timeline on when this might be released?
