This is a solid, professionally built, established tool. I signed up for a free trial directly from Loop's website before taking the plunge, and within minutes I came back to AppSumo and purchased 2 codes.

I run a niche productized web agency / website subscription service, so our email needs are a hybrid of very high touch and personal with more traditional help desk stuff, depending on where the clients are in the lifecycle of their business and/or our services.

We tried traditional ticketing systems but found them too cumbersome and impersonal (and I especially disliked the way the tools I tried forwarded our support email only one way, leaving our original gsuite support email box a mess, with an inaccurate representation of the status of our support emails). So then we moved back to regular email, but that was a step back when it came to assigning emails and keeping track of their status, general trends, etc.

Loop Email seems like it might be the missing link for us (not to mention a big help to my own daily workflow).

I really love that Loop keeps everything synced up, whether I reply via my gmail, my phone, or the Loop desktop app - Loop updates in real time. This is huge.

I also love that I can have my email tool open on my desktop/laptop, and am no longer clicking between multiple browser tabs to check multiple email accounts. Everything feels less stressful now and I'm getting less distracted. Email/team communication time has its own space and isn't relegated to just another browser tab.

One other thing I hadn't realized we needed until I saw it in action (in Loop Email) is the ability to discuss emails and also chat with colleagues right there in one communication dashboard - while you've got everything right in front of you, in context, and everyone is on the same page. I'm sure this will save a ton of time (both in typing and context-switching brain time) vs the old way of just forwarding emails and not having a way to easily see what happened after that.

All in all, a million billion tacos for Loop Email!
