Q: It is not a good idea to downgrade a license version that we purchased through Appsumo. šŸ¤”

We paid for it and now you want us to have a free version.
That's not the way to go.
Think about it.

After taking a close look at how weā€™re running things, we realized that continuing to support lifetime deals is putting a strain on our resources. To keep LoopedIn being operational and grow sustainably in the long term, weā€™re going to be moving lifetime deal users to a Free plan in about three months. This means access to some premium features will be limited.

We know a lot of you grabbed these deals when they were available, and itā€™s worth noting that the revenue from those deals went to the previous owner of LoopedIn. Unfortunately, the ongoing costs to maintain these accounts have grown, and we need to make this shift to keep the service running.

We get that this might not be what you wanted to hear, but we hope you understand that itā€™s all about keeping LoopedIn alive.

Just wanted to let you know that weā€™re holding off on the downgrade plan for AppSumo accounts for now. After hearing from a user willing to covering some of the costs with pay-per-API-use options, weā€™re exploring ways to make that work instead.

AppSumo users: Let's take this offline to a Facebook group for more reach."
