Q: Hi.
I just saw that there is now a "4 GB total storage limit" for Tier 2. That was not there before. What does it mean? Does it mean that we only have 4GB of storage to store up to 400 Documents?

Great question. So a typical account can store 500 LoudDocs in 4gb of space. Because even if you upload a 250mb file, we apply compression techniques and reduce its size significantly as it becomes an html louddoc. Its not a hard limit but to address the request by Sumolings to make more louddocs (because we had so many people giving us calculations on a per page basis), we decided that it was better to make more Louddocs available but keep it manageable from a hosting and bandwidth perspective.
I hope this helps. It gives you the opportunity to make twice as many louddocs while also giving us the opportunity to talk to any specific user who exceeds the hosting and come up with a reasonable solution. We want this to LTD to be beneficial to everyone.
Thanks,
Scott
