But I find this open commitment that you will look for such a plan that provides 70000 pages and not 200 documents in the future, a polite no, since the LTD is what we are interested in as you have launched an LTD.

I have seen you suggesting in other answers also that you are able to provide additional pages at very reasonable prices. Appears like a deal structured to push a lot of upsell. By the way whats that reasonable pricing for additional docs? You should put it here clearly on the deal pages so that your offering perhaps may become interesting to more people.

However, I am clear most of us will not make 200 documents each with 350 pages. We will rather be using this for making a lot of documents with 5-10 pages. If thats feasible to do during the Lifetime Deal just update the deal terms & I will then genuinely find good usecases for your tool and will take up a tier 2 deal, then.

200 docs are not enough for me, but 350 pages per doc is very very high. I think that 2000 docs with 30/50 pages per doc may be more logic.

Could you consider to add a tier 3 with more docs?

Yes, at this time, with our current LTD deal, it is a 200 active at any one time LoudDoc plan. We've never actually thought about it as 70,000 pages, but always as 200 active LoudDoc's that can contain up to 350 pages, with the majority of booklets being under 30 pages.

Right now, if you needed more than 200 active LoudDocs, you can add to your plan total at $2.40 per additional LoudDoc. We also offer bulk discounts.

99% of our users do not reach the 200 LoudDoc limit (because you can delete old ones and replace them with new LoudDocs). But for those very few who do, you can see we've created a path to get more.

I hope you still see this as a very good deal, as being able to distribute that many narrated, highly effective customer engagement pieces of content will quickly drive a lot more business.

Something you stated in another thread is a bit contradictory to what you are stating in this one. You stated that through your studies an upper limit of 1-minute for narration is plenty and that any more than that you found people started to drop off.

Here you have a 350-page upper limit for each LoudDoc which I'm sure everyone would agree no human would flip through a 350-page document, so having a limit here is a moot point.

Like everyone else has said, it makes more logical sense to raise the limit for the number of LoudDocs included with the plan(s). Most of the documents we produce in every day business rarely exceed 5-10 pages each. Like the other user stated, if you just took that 350-page limit and converted them into actual LoudDocs, that would make LTD so much more attractive.

Yes, we have found that 1 minute of video narration and 2 minutes of voice only narration are the optimal maximum length for narration. I also agree with you that no human would flip through a 350 page document online, and the occasional large catalog or user guide is where we see 200+ page documents where only a few pages are narrated.

Also, one thing I would like to point out is that this is active LoudDocs. Once you don't need a LoudDoc anymore, you can delete it and get that space back to make a new LoudDoc.

I do believe, based on our current user base, that you will find tremendous customer engagement success and return on your investment with 200 LoudDocs for this LTD price.
