In fact, a session, as defined by Louisebot, is not just the number of messages sent, but rather a conversation that has started; meaning a message sent from the chatbot with a response from the chatbot, allowing for an unlimited number of exchanges within a maximum duration of 30 minutes.

In other words, it's almost like having 750 hours of conversation included in your plan and per month 🤩! You don’t need to worry about our external billing, which makes this offer very generous. This is sufficient for a large number of users.

The option to use your own API keys is only available with the Enterprise plan, which is designed for a much higher level of conversations and unlimited chatbot creation.

Upgrading from a Tier 3 plan to an Enterprise plan can be done gradually if you wish to increase your usage later.
