Q: Conversations and Video Mode
Hi, Two questions: How are the included conversations counted? Is a conversation equivalent to a number of questions and answers in the same session? Or is a conversation consumed when the visitor has written their question and pressed enter? Can you initiate a chat in video mode or is video mode only for displaying pre-recorded videos?

Here is a quick clarification regarding our conversation types:
👉 Non-AI-based Conversations: This includes pre-built text scenarios and interactions with the videobot. These conversations are completely unlimited. Please note that videobots consist of pre-recorded videos designed to engage users with interactive buttons.
👉 AI-based Conversations: Depending on your plan, you can use up to 250, 750, or 1500 conversations per month. A conversation is only counted when a user sends a message and the bot responds—welcome messages and the initial display of the bot are not counted. Each conversation session can last up to 30 minutes.

so a conversation session is started and in the 30 minutes the user asks and receives say 20 questions so is it 1 credit or 25 ? tx

Hey bhagsy, I just tested this feature on my account and each conversation counts for as 1 credit which the conversation can last up to 30 minutes. So basically the clock starts as soon as the person sends the first message and all messages back and forth are counted as 1 credit used for that 30 minute session. This feature is actually pretty cool from my perspective.
