What I suggest is to start using our service, and once you approach the conversation limit—whether it’s around 1000 conversations out of the 1500 (for AI-based chatbots)—simply reach out to our support team via the dashboard. We’ll seamlessly upgrade you to our agency offer, as we do for many of our clients.

For your information, non-AI chatbots and videobots are already unlimited 🤩 with our Tier 3 plan. This is a common practice for us, and we’re very experienced in working with agencies, so the transition will be smooth and frictionless. Rest assured, we have a dedicated plan that fits agency needs perfectly. 😎
