With the Tier 3 plan, you have a very generous limit of 1500 conversations per month.
👉 1500 conversations are interactions between your user and the chatbot.
👉 This does not include the welcome message or the act of clicking on the chatbot.
👉 Each conversation lasts up to a maximum of 30 minutes,
👉 Regardless of the number of exchanges.
👉 This is a very generous and large limit.
👉 You do not need to bring your own API keys, and pay external cost; we handle that for you.

Only the Enterprise plan allows the use of your own API keys and provides unlimited consumption. However, the Enterprise plan is not available as an LTD, primarily due to the operational costs involved.

It’s very rare for Tier 3 users to hit the limit. Typically, when you're approaching the limit, you’ll transition to an Enterprise plan on your own. So, I don’t think you need to worry about it 🙂.
