Q: How to monetise?

Can I charge users to use my AI chatbot (like a subscription fee for using ChatGPT)? My idea is to create a therapist ai chatbot (paid service), something like Pickaxe AI (https://www.pickaxeproject.com/) offers.

A: Hi again Chandril 👋 ,

Yes, you can definitely do that! In that case, my suggestion would be to use the Tier 2 or 3 plan, which allows for many more conversations. You could create your own service to charge users for credits. These users would buy credits, and you would use the same LouiseBot plan.

In your LouiseBot dashboard, when you see that the number of conversations is nearing its end, that would be the perfect time to switch to the Enterprise plan for unlimited consumption with your own API keys. This way, you would pay a fixed amount for your LouiseBot plan, and you could charge credits to your clients. The more credits your clients purchase, the better it will be for your business, as your fixed LouiseBot fees will remain constant.

We have users who are already offering a similar service to what you’re proposing, except that they offer a fixed subscription fee for access to a chatbot, mainly focused on personal well-being. This person pays a fixed amount for their LouiseBot plan but generates many subscriptions on their side. This business model seems to be quite lucrative.

I can also inform you that very soon we will be offering the Headless widget. This means that you will be able to directly call the LouiseBot widget via APIs and offer your own conversation interface, similar to Pickaxe AI.

Feel free to contact me for more details!

Hi this looks interesting, can u pls share the link of this customer for inspiration? And like pickaxe do you offer the option to set the number of credits each users can use based on how much (tier) they paid me?

We don’t currently offer a way to distribute your credits between chatbots, and it doesn’t seem to be the direction we’re planning to take. However, from the perspective of your own business, it might be more interesting for you to offer your clients access to certain pages (via credits you manage internally). These paid access pages could also display the chatbot in full screen if you wish.

This way, you wouldn’t need to worry about the number of credits for each conversation, but rather about the number of accesses to these dedicated pages, the time spent on them, or other factors. This system would depend entirely on your business model.

I hope I’ve been clear!
