Q: Human handover?

I have a couple of questions:
Does LouiseBot have the ability for a human to take over?
Can we train the AI, i.e. provide answers to the AI bot based on questions received that it did not have the answer for?

First of all, thank you for your excellent questions! You’ve raised several points that help explain why some features are currently unavailable.

👉 Confidentiality: We take confidentiality very seriously. That’s why we don’t store any conversations between your users and the chatbot, as some interactions may contain sensitive information. However, you can receive one randomly selected conversation per week to evaluate the quality of the chatbot’s responses.

👉 AI Training: You can update your knowledge base to ensure that the information is always up to date. In principle, the bot will not leave questions unanswered. If it cannot provide a clear response, it will either say so or ask for more clarification.

👉 Human Takeover: Currently, it is not possible for a human to take over a conversation. Our AI-based chatbots are designed to handle conversations from start to finish. However, we are working on future features that might allow triggering a WhatsApp call for exemple, but that’s still a secret for now 🤫.

If my website has memberships,Could each ‘member/user’ request full conversation to be saved/forwarded to their membership account ? For example, the member asks about finance strategy based on user specific details, the conversation gives specific suggestions or user scenarios , the member wants to save the conversations and put them into action on some kind of ‘membership journey planner’

Great question! With the upcoming HTTP and webhook features in development 🤩, you'll be able to automate tasks like saving conversations to member accounts. Tools like Zapier or Make will allow you to connect our chatbots to your automation processes, offering plenty of opportunities to enhance your membership experience.
