What are the overage costs if AI usage exceeds my plan limit? Or do you plan to support BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) for overages? Higher tiers would also be appreciated!

👉 There are no overage costs if the AI usage limit is exceeded; once the limit is reached, your AI-based bots will simply stop functioning temporarily.
👉 However, non-AI-based bots are unlimited with your AppSumo plans.
Currently, only users with an Agency Plan can bring their own API key .
👉 With your plan, there is no need to manage any keys or external billing, providing you with great flexibility and a highly competitive price 😎.

I would recommend introducing overage pricing, as it’s quite common in AppSumo deals. This approach also provides you with some extra revenue when customers exceed their plan limits.
