Q: Question about widget option

I want to use this as a CS tool (via a widget on my application pages) to help my users that dont know how to setup certain features and learn how to use my system.

As such, I would like to have a widget that only uses the PDFs that I upload and not have it detail external (AI) information as thats irrelevant, confusing and not relevant.

Can I do this, if so how ?

Yes, indeed, you can absolutely use the chatbot for customer support; it's actually a very common use case. Regarding your need to upload PDF files, this is totally possible and easy to set up 👍.

However, the different models will first search within your PDF file. If they don’t find the information there, they will then look into their general knowledge. You can explicitly request in the additional instructions for them to base their responses only on the information in the chatbot. As an AI, it will try to follow your instructions. However, like any AI today, it cannot guarantee that, depending on how users phrase their questions, it won’t pull information from its general knowledge base.
