Q: Character Conversations

Is it possible to generate multiple personas and have a voice conversation with them? For example, could I use this on a gaming site where the user interacts with a character using a voice conversation to gather knowledge?

Yes, you can indeed have multiple bots with different personalities and activate the voice option.

👉 However, the latency with voice conversations that we have today does not allow for the kind of natural conversation that Play.ai offers. So, to be completely honest, I don't think LouiseBot would be the solution in your case, especially on a gaming platform that requires the least possible latency. Even though the quality of the responses will be decent, the response time is what's most important, and prioritizing it properly is key.

LouiseBot focuses more on providing the best possible quality of information, especially by pulling from your knowledge bases beforehand, which naturally takes a bit more time. If we also add the time required to transform the response into voice, this further increases the latency, which may not meet your specific needs that prioritize response time.

That being said, we know that in the coming months, we will be reducing the latency for voice responses significantly.

Q: Video Avatar to answer customer questions

Can we use video Avatar to answer customer questions as they ask live to the chat bot? So the video Avatar is trained and when customers type or ask questions using voice, the video Avatar will answer it as if they are in zoom meeting. Hey Jen launched this feature recently. Can we do this with your chatbot?

Currently, LouiseBot's VideoBots consist of a series of pre-recorded videos, with a sequence of interactions via buttons. Unfortunately, there isn't a feature at this moment to integrate live video responses.

Although this feature has been on our minds for a few months now, it's quite challenging to implement something stable, and fast. So, to answer your question clearly: right now, we cannot provide live video responses based on AI and an auto-generated avatar.

The current video concept involves a sequence of videos separated by interaction buttons, which significantly increases engagement and proximity with the customer.

Q: Request for Technical Support Regarding Custom 'Powered by' Feature

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered with the Custom 'Powered by' feature. I recently purchased the Tier 3 plan and attempted to configure the custom "Powered by" option. However, upon saving the changes, I received the following error message:

"The custom 'powered by' feature is available exclusively for VIP agencies. Not a VIP yet? Contact our support!"

This is unexpected, as I understood that this feature should be available under the Tier 3 plan. Could you kindly clarify why this error is occurring and assist in resolving this issue?

I would greatly appreciate your prompt response and guidance on how to proceed. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side to investigate further.

With your Tier 3 plan, you are fully on WhiteLabel, meaning there is no "Powered by" indication on your chatbots.

The "Custom 'Powered by'" feature is different from WhiteLabel and is only available on the Enterprise plan.

👉 However, you are fully benefiting from the WhiteLabel feature with your Appsumo Tier 3 plan.

Can we use our own openai api keys with your system to get unlimited chatbot AI conversations? If so, does this require purchasing tier 3?

In our Tier 3 plan, you get 1500 sessions included per month! This limit is quite generous. In fact, a session, as defined by Louisebot, is not just the number of messages sent, but rather a conversation that has started; meaning a message sent from the chatbot with a response from the chatbot, allowing for an unlimited number of exchanges within a maximum duration of 30 minutes.

In other words, it's almost like having 750 hours of conversation included in your plan and per month 🤩! You don’t need to worry about our external billing, which makes this offer very generous. This is sufficient for a large number of users.

Q: Question about widget option

I want to use this as a CS tool (via a widget on my application pages) to help my users that dont know how to setup certain features and learn how to use my system.

As such, I would like to have a widget that only uses the PDFs that I upload and not have it detail external (AI) information as thats irrelevant, confusing and not relevant.

Can I do this, if so how ?

Yes, indeed, you can absolutely use the chatbot for customer support; it's actually a very common use case. Regarding your need to upload PDF files, this is totally possible and easy to set up 👍.

However, the different models will first search within your PDF file. If they don’t find the information there, they will then look into their general knowledge. You can explicitly request in the additional instructions for them to base their responses only on the information in the chatbot. As an AI, it will try to follow your instructions. However, like any AI today, it cannot guarantee that, depending on how users phrase their questions, it won’t pull information from its general knowledge base.
