Many Uses For This App
This is a product you didn't think you need, but you do. One thing that was missing for me with the other video bot app is the ability to add multiple videos to the cta, this one does and so much more. Its a no regret buy for me. I had a license issue and other questions, support response was fast and friendly.

Best video pop up bot
So far, I have tested out a few on here like facepop and some others , and Louisebot is by far the best. Right now I currently have tier one and I’m going to be upgrading to tier 2 in the next few days. As far as customer service, I give them high praise on that as they answer my questions immediately. Please look out for my questions here if I have any new ones since I’ll be upgrading here in the next couple days to tier 2. I need to have 10 of these things so thank you! 💥👊🏽

A great tool
Whilst I havent set up too many scenarios, the proof of concepts and small tests I have done so far are looking good.
The support has been good so far also.
In the short term and in order to help users get started quicker, I would suggest that additional help docs/videos should be created and made available.
This platform has great potential and I am sure more will come of it over time.
I look forward to future enhancements.

Wrong Tier Information
Tier 2 doesn’t include the real features
We purchased Tier 2 believing it had all the features listed — just with fewer limits than Tier 3. But once you start using it, you quickly realize that many essential features are locked:
• Users can’t type in answers — only click buttons
• No form builder (essential for lead capture)
• No HTTP requests or API integrations
• No variables or user input logic
• No time delay between blocks for a natural feel
• No “Call Make.com Webhook” (critical for automation)
The product page clearly states Tier 2 includes all features — and yet most of the Scenario Builder options are exclusive to Tier 3. That’s misleading and extremely disappointing.
We’ve already spent time designing a full flow — only to find out we need to pay again to actually make it work.
Honestly, we feel tricked.
The chatbot itself is promising, but this kind of marketing damages trust. Only buy Tier 3 — the rest are limited to the point of being unusable.

To clarify things: the main difference between Tier 1/2 and Tier 3 is exactly everything you’ve mentioned.
Let’s break it down clearly:
- Tier 1 gives you a lifetime deal with access to essential chatbot, VideoBot, and AI conversation features.
- Tier 2 includes all of Tier 1 plus voice conversations for AI, more included interactions, and whitelabel options — all for a one-time payment.
- Tier 3 unlocks everything: all advanced features, full customization options, and increased limits — making it the ultimate lifetime plan.
So, to recap:
✅ Want a text chatbot or VideoBot + AI with included usage on a lifetime plan? → Go Tier 1
✅ Want all of that + voice conversations, whitelabel, and more usage? → Go Tier 2
✅ Want everything unlocked, lifetime access, and expanded limits? → Go Tier 3
It is clearly stated under the comparison table:
👉 "Lifetime access to LouiseBot. All future Basic (Tiers 1–2) or Advanced (Tier 3) Plan updates."
This statement is fully accurate.
With Tier 2, you get access to all the features included in the Basic plan, and Tier 3 unlocks all advanced features.
That’s exactly what is offered at the time of purchase.
That being said, we do feel your rating is quite harsh 😕, especially considering that we have been fully transparent about what each tier includes from the very beginning.

Great product.
I have used several chatbots from appsumo (Orimon, Continually, Charla, socialnow, etc.) and I think Louisebot is the best (I bought 3 codes). Really great customer support, always very active in improving the product. There are still things to improve to make it fluid.
The various types of bots (scenario, videobot, AI, etc.) are all very valid and suitable for every circumstance. But what would make Louisebot truly unique and unsurpassed is the possibility of being able to integrate the various types together. wooowww.
I think this will be possible when you give the possibility of switching from one Bot to another as I saw you intend to do on the roadmaps (give high priority to this function).
Keep it up, you have a great product.
