Important features would be desirable
Hello, I bought this tool to equip my online shop with awesome video pop-ups. I personally find this feature amazing, as my original plan was to provide each category with such a video, considering my extensive range of products, and I wanted to ensure that the usability for customers would significantly improve through the videos. I created the first video pop-up and was initially thrilled. However, the following points have convinced me to give it a four Tacco rating for now. I would greatly appreciate if you could provide further information on the following points
Only 30 MB je Video?
Length of the video. Apparently, I can only upload a maximum of 30 MB as a video pop-up. This is incredibly low, as it only corresponds to about 15 seconds of a smaller HD resolution video. From experience, I know that customers often watch these pop-ups in their entirety, and from an SEO perspective, it is important to keep the customer's session duration on my website as long as possible. It would be desirable to allow significantly larger file sizes than 30 MB, so that multi-minute videos per pop-up can be possible.
Disable the PopUp ?
A visitor should have the option to be prompted if they want to fully disable the pop-up when they click on the close (X) button. Currently, the pop-up icon is displayed everywhere, which unfortunately affects usability, especially in the mobile view where the icon for the pop-up video is quite large. Therefore, there should be a "Disable" function for each pop-up.

Lastly, I plan to create a pop-up for each category, offering customers the opportunity to navigate through my shop with a variety of video pop-ups. There should be an option to either decide, upon opening the pop-up, to generally not display any more video pop-ups or to be able to deactivate this function for each individual pop-up, so that the new pop-up in a different category can be viewed again.
If these functions can be implemented by you, then there will be a 100% increase in 5 Tacco ratings. I look forward to hearing from you regarding which of these wishes can be fulfilled.

👉 Video Size (30 MB): Initially, our video pop-ups were designed to be short and catchy, which is why the current size limit is 30 MB. However, we've noticed that many users, especially those who aren't agencies, would like the option to upload longer videos. This feedback is important to us, and we're looking into how we can make this more flexible in the future.
👉 Video Loading Times: You're right, video loading times can sometimes feel long. This is because the videos are optimized for smoother and faster playback across all browsers. Additionally, we allow users to upload videos in any format to make things easier for you. However, this means we have to convert and optimize each video for performance, and then upload it – a process that takes time. We're fully aware of this challenge and are continuously working on improving this process to make it faster and more efficient.
👉 Disable Pop-up Option: You're absolutely right, and we're already working on improving the usability of the pop-ups, particularly on mobile. Adding a "Disable" function for pop-ups is a great idea, and we’ll make sure this is prioritized in upcoming updates.
👉 Videobot for each of your category: At the moment, you can already create and manage multiple videobots on your site. However, it is up to you to handle where each videobot appears by configuring which pages trigger each pop-up. This does require some technical skills to embed the correct frames for each bot on the appropriate pages. If you’re comfortable with this setup, it gives you great flexibility to display different pop-ups in various categories, just as you’re aiming to do.
