My expectation when purchasing Tier 3 was to have all features unlocked, but currently, the "Daily update" feature (your site content will be updated every day) is locked, which has been very frustrating. This feature was one of the main reasons for my purchase, and not having access to it is negatively impacting my experience with the product.

Additionally, there is a call-to-action button that redirects to the AppSumo sales page, which makes no sense, as I have already purchased the highest-tier plan (Tier 3) and should have full access to all features without the need for further upgrades.

I am awaiting a prompt resolution to this issue.

You're right regarding the daily update not being explicitly mentioned on AppSumo — I acknowledge that. However, after purchasing, when I saw that a daily update existed but wasn't included, it honestly left me quite disappointed. I assumed that the Tier 3 plan would grant access to all future updates, and that was part of the perceived value.

What truly drove my decision to buy, though, was the feature showcasing support videos via widgets on my website. I believed it would allow me to replicate a version of myself — not just a generic avatar — and have it interact in real time. That was a big part of my expectations, especially since other platforms had previously offered something similar (even if limited or small in size). Unfortunately, your solution didn’t deliver on that front either.

All things considered, I’ll revise my rating to a 4 — not out of anger, but because the product ultimately didn’t meet what I was hoping to achieve with it.
