Importing Reviews from Google and other platforms

Is there a way to import text reviews from other platforms such as Google Business Profile or Facebook? What does that process look like? Is the system able to do so automatically or is it a manual import every time?

Hi mike29,\u000a\u000aWe have an importing feature from Senja.io, Testimonial.io, and manual CSV import with simple field matching. These are manual importing methods—we don\u0027t currently have an auto\u002Dimport feature. We\u0027ll consider adding this to our roadmap with the team. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
