Acknowledging the importance of testimonials and social proof in business, LoveBoard arrived at a perfect time. Our current solution frequently disconnects from Meta due to token expiration, and limits captured reviews up to 100 only. Additionally, Google no longer supports review schema markup on SERPs for local businesses.

This is why we decided to also collect reviews directly from clients instead of relying on social platforms, which can create friction and potentially hold our hard-earned reviews hostage.

Video reviews is where LoveBoard takes the crown. The in-browser collection makes it easy for clients. No app or sign-in needed. Why does this matter? Studies show that video reviews are up to 27 times more engaging than text testimonials, 9.5 times better for information retention, and 1.9 times more effective at driving sales conversion!

On the platform, I love that LoveBoard is easy to learn and use with no learning curve. The UI/UX is neat and organized, including the analytics. I embedded it on two of our websites via iFrame. I tested the mason, grid, carousel, and badge embeds, and we had no issues at all.

What I love to see:

- CNAME (sumoling favorite)
- Color options to match our website
- Pop-up widget embed type
- Import reviews from sources (CSV or URL)

The limits on this LTD are very generous, even on the lower tiers. Given its value, potential, and responsive support, I plan to upgrade to a higher tier soon!
