Q: I'm having trouble accessing my LOVO account.
I recently noticed that it has been renamed to GENNY. Does this mean that the LTD that I purchased through LOVO is no longer valid?

It appears all updates are now for Genny, domain redirects there, LOVO apparently will be kept online but not updated. So yes, effectively it appears to be way for LOVO to pull out of the LTD
