Right away I was able to jump onto the Lovo platform and start converting text. The process is incredibly intuitive and very well thought out. The voice skin selection, the audio quality, and the resulting pronunciation are all superb. The AI voices are engaging and have a certain confidence to them - very engaging and rarely, if ever, robotic sounding. Every time I use this platform it feels like magic.

When I began using the service, I was concerned that I would not be able to record my own custom voice, but the available voice skins are so well done that it’s simply not an issue.

There are a lot of excellent UI features. I really like that there is a countdown timer to show you the progress of the audio conversion as it is occurring. And you can also easily see how many credits you have used per conversion should you decide to download the final outcome.

It's also helpful to point out that you are not technically limited to just 15,000 characters. In fact, that 15,000 character limit is per downloaded file so, in theory, if you wanted to convert text for an audiobook, you could just do this by chapter, and then stitch the audio files together in a separate program. Not ideal but easy enough.

I also really like that you have the option to convert specific sections/paragraphs of your text if you want to make some intonation or speed changes. This way, you can be more judicious with your credits. Also you can convert a file and listen to the quality and output before making a decision to download the file, again allowing you to preserve your download credits.

Something to keep in mind as well - you are not able to emphasize specific words with all of the voice skins, but there are enough voice choices available that I did not find this an issue at all. In fact, the first conversion output sounded perfectly acceptable to my ears in most cases.

The whole platform is really well-thought-out and I'm super glad I made this purchase.
