The premium voices available in many languages are top notch. I hope to continue using this tool for years to come.

They rebranded from Lovo to Genny. All these people calling them scammers did not read the email that was sent out prior to the rebrand. Existing users of Lovo could continue to use Genny, but we were required to renew it each year (no additional payments).

I suggest you search that email and follow the instructions - reachout, hopefully they can still help you.
