Hi! The seats themselves indicate the number of devices that this license can be used on. The license gets linked to a certain email address during the activation - therefore, one license key can be used by one person. The number of devices that this person can use the license on depends on the number of seats the license has. Your daughter will be able to install and activate the software with the same license and email address.
Also, we provide download links for Mac and Windows. There is no need to pick one type.
