because it doesn't like my windows version.
Then I tried to go back and edit it (BUT YOU CAN'T EDIT), and give it a 1 because I just read someone else's review that said that it DOES NOT "remove backgrounds from pictures and portraits..."
Is This Correct??? that is 99% of WHY I Purchased it...
If that's the case I should just ask for a refund now...
