Really disappointed - if you don't have highend PC
I read many positive reviews here on the Appsumo about this software so I purchased it. I have Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8665U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2.11 GHz, 16 GB RAM, SSD disk with Windows 10 installed.
The software is totally useless on my computer - when I run it and try to open any image (jpeg - not RAW image), the memory allocated to the program is about 10 GB and the processor is running at 99%. I tried to close all programs, just to see, what happened - nothing. I cannot open the presents. Any action takes a lot of time. Today, I have installed the latest version 1.1.1
The performance of this application is really poor on the standard computers. I read some reviews, where the program was working fine, but the computers have 32 or 64 GB of the memory and latest intel processors. Also M1 Macs with 16 GB memory - which is very decent configuration has performance issues.
I requested the support to help me address these performance issues - until now, receive no response from them - i sent the request a week ago. I will try to contact them again, because, I think, the program has very useful functionalities, if working.
I will keep the program until the refund period, and if nothing will happened I will request to refund.
