1. In princinpe, Luna suggests emails with sales as the goal. However, Luna learns from every interacite you have. So this also means that Luna notices if you frame your call-to-action differently. So my answer is yes :)
2. This varies greatly by call-to-action, industry, function of a person, etc.

Another question is that SaaS is still to be validated (market), and Luna seems to be an excellent way to find initial prospect users (please let me know if I am wrong).
Now, supposing the validation fails (no market for the product), can I use it for another product resetting its learning, or shall I acquire a new license?
