Q: I already use a cold out reach program that I am very happy with but my question would be how does the "personalized outreach" work?
Can I upload a CSV of domains or profiles and get the ice-breakers and download them or do I have to use everything through Luna? Please let me know thank you very much.

May 14, 2024A: Thanks for your question. It’s not possible to only generate ‘icebreakers’. Luna writes the whole email (and follow-ups). Once Luna proposes these emails you can choose whether you want to schedule them or reject them. It’s not possible to export the emails. In case you would like to integrate Luna with your crm for example; I recommend to make use of our Zapier integration. Hope this helps.
