But I have some questions for you to clarify:
1. What does the function of Uploading leads to Luna really do? Because I can only see the information that my file already exists without any other effect when uploading to Luna?
2. The first emails that Luna suggested were they optimized? They're not effective because I've run campaigns with similar content before. Are there any improved solutions?
3. In addition to the first emails, does Luna suggest examples of follow-up emails and replies? And where is it?

1. Once you've uploaded your own leads to Luna, Luna starts proposing emails which you can send out (in the next batch of emails Luna proposes).
2. Sorry to hear that. We continue to train the AI with emails that perform the best (get positive replies) and you can imagine that goes rapidly with all the emails sent out on a daily basis. Luna also learns from the changes you make (in the next batch of emails that Luna suggests, you will see these changes)
3. Luna writes between 3-5 follow-up emails per lead after the first email is sent. The number of follow-ups, content, and waiting time is determined by AI. You can always stop sending follow-ups to a lead by discarding the email. Then Luna won't propose emails to this lead anymore!

3. Where can Luna get personalized information about potential customers? Are they extracted from the website or from the LinkedIn profile of the potential customer?

1. You actually get 10 new Luna leads per hour! And Luna proposes leads for you out of its own database. If you have uploaded your own leads, these leads will have a priority over Luna's!
2. Luna writes follow-up emails between 5-7 days after the previous email.
3. Luna crawls the entire internet to find information about the leads and their companies! It's hard to say where all of the information comes from, but their website is an important part.
