Q: Luna's customer support is horrible, takes forever, and I am getting no where.
The customer support with AppSumo takes days for a response (and doesn't even help) so trying here:
I bought this product and when I went to activate my account, it errored out and now I cannot even use this product. Luna says they can't do anything and I need to contact AppSumo. AppSumo says I need to contact Luna and they cannot do anything.
I am tired of waiting days to try and get a product working that I paid for. As a first time AppSumo customer, worst experience. How can I solve this?

I am sorry to hear this. The development team is busy developing much needed feautures. Our resources are limited and we have chosen to prioritize this.
I assume you created a free trial with an account that you then bought your AppSumo license with? This does indeed cause problems. As this is against the rules of AppSumo, our systems are not aligned with this. If you cannot work it out with the AppSumo team, I recommend that you request a refund and optionally create a new account. I hope you understand.
