As a 22\u002Dyear marketer and agency owner, I have done a lot of copywriting including cold email campaigns, and so I know what kinds of copy tend to work...and what you guys are generating, while nifty from an AI perspective, simply isn\u0027t getting people to engage/reply. And that is really all that matters at the end of the day. Can you give me any hope that you\u0027re acknowledging these comments about this issue and dealing with this or planning to adjust for it in your near\u002Dterm product roadmap in any way? \u000a\u000aWhile it would break my heart to have to refund this b/c I think it has a lot of potential, if the company is going to stay entrenched thinking this copy is effective then I really can\u0027t expect that it\u0027s ever really going to work for us (or anybody).

Thank you for your honest feedback. The average response rate is already many times higher than an average automation tool. However, we agree that there is still room for improvement. Thankfully 😉\u000a\u000aIt simply takes a lot of data to train the AI. We only train the AI with the best examples (emails that have received a positive replay). The data we have received in the last 3 weeks alone through all AppSumo users is many many times more than we have ever had. Due to an incredibly busy product roadmap, we have not yet been able to train the AI with the new data. I am sure that if we do this in the near future, it will already be much better.\u000a\u000aBesides that, it is related to several things: in the future we are going to scrape a lot more data about the person and company, which we can use as input for the emails. Also, the AI will learn to better understand when a change you make to the email, applies only to that email, applies to all emails or to a specific uploaded list for example. Other cool features are also coming, such as personal images that you can incorporate into the emails.\u000a\u000aNew ideas to come up with, with your help, not to mention.... will make Luna the best sales assistant in the world. Convinced? 🚀
