Q: My account is locked out.

I've chatted with three different people in the last several days but I keep getting the same response which is to reset my password. Each time I've attempted to reset my password there is no correspondence from Luna either in my inbox or spam folder. At this point I can not access my account with the correct email, and I cant access the password reset feature???????
