Q: Not sure if these questions have already been asked as I couldn't browse so many questions and search didn't help...
1) Does Luna pull leads only from LinkedIn? I do not need it to pull from LinkedIn. Is there a way to exclude LinkedIn?
2) Is there a way to have Luna find leads from within my local area that I could define in settings or somewhere for specific niche business owners within say 5-10 miles from a specific zip code?

Thanks for your questions. My answers below:
1) Luna scrapes from a lot of sources (included LinkedIn). There is no way to exclude this.
2) It's unfortunately not possible to target so specific.
I recommend to upload your own leads to Luna in that case (via a csv file). More information in this article: https://intercom.help/getluna/en/articles/6678000-upload-add-your-own-leads-to-luna

My understanding is that Luna's USP (Unique Selling Point/Proposition) is to find leads for me based on my niche etc. So, because I need leads in a specific target location which is not possible, as you mentioned, and I need to upload leads on my own, which is ok, then I am wondering what benefits Luna provide besides sending emails and integrations with some CRMs.
