Got their LTD cash, then pivoted to a subscription-based model, and didn't grandfather LTDs in. SHOCKER.

We are writing to express our deep concerns about a recent situation we've encountered with Luna's Growth Plan.

Our deal terms clearly stated "All future Grow Plan updates" which should include any and all updates coming in the future under the agreed plan.
It was our understanding that this included features such as the "Luna autonomous mode", which is essential for us. However, it appears now that this feature is not available for us.

Furthermore, we noticed there has been a change in nomenclature from 'Grow' Plan to 'Thrive' Plan after it was brought up by someone. We understand things may evolve and names can change over time, however, if this impacts what was previously promised in terms of features and enhancements within a plan, it could create confusion and dissatisfaction among customers.

We kindly request you honor our original agreement that includes all future additions made under the Growth (now Thrive) plan.

Being able to quickly email businesses I hit hard this fast sending less than 900 emails and now getting leads to the extent I need to create a better, faster audit process to keep up fulfilling all the "free" requests. It was time-consuming but with a focused approach, many emails can be sent quickly.

I only expect it to get better, Luna is smart enough to collaborate with me on creating great marketing emails, and the ability for me to look at the website for a custom data point to add to the email... making it great to either manually create or let the AI fly with few tweaks. Both ways work.
